Warranty Policy

2-Years Warranty

RonitArtWork provides a 2-Years warranty on eligible products, beginning from the date of delivery. The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

What May Be Covered

Depending on the product, the warranty may cover manufacturing defects, certain LED/neon lighting failures, certain electrical component defects and other defects determined by RonitArtWork to qualify.

What Is Generally Not Covered

• Accidental or physical damage
• Water/liquid exposure where the product is not designed for it
• Improper installation
• Incorrect voltage or electrical connection
• Unauthorized modification or tampering
• Misuse or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage after delivery caused by improper handling

Warranty Claim

Contact support@ronitartwork.com with your order number, customer name, contact number, photographs/video and a description of the issue. RonitArtWork may inspect the issue before deciding whether the claim qualifies.

If approved, the remedy may include repair, component replacement, product replacement or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and availability.
