Processing Time

Standard products may require processing time before dispatch. Customized products may require additional production time because they are made according to customer specifications. The estimated processing or dispatch period shown on the product page or communicated at purchase will apply where available.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier availability, product type, customization, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and contact number. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was supplied, additional shipping charges or other consequences may apply.

Damaged Package

If your package appears seriously damaged at delivery, document the condition with photographs/video and contact us as soon as possible at support@ronitartwork.com.
