Order Cancellation

Customers may contact RonitArtWork to request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. Cancellation may not be possible once production has started, a customized design has been prepared or approved, the product has entered manufacturing, or the order has been dispatched.

Custom Orders

Because custom neon signs are manufactured specifically according to customer instructions, cancellation after production has begun may not be accepted.
