2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information accurate. Actual colours may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing variations.

3. Prices

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or listing errors. Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges will be communicated at checkout or before order confirmation where applicable.

4. Orders

An order is a request to purchase a selected product. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including unavailability, pricing/listing errors, suspected fraud, inability to deliver, customization/design issues or other legitimate operational reasons.

5. Custom Products

Customers should carefully verify spelling, names, numbers, text, colours, design, dimensions, logos and other instructions before production. Once a customized product enters production, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

6. Customer-Provided Designs

You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, photograph, artwork, trademark, text or other material supplied for customization does not infringe another person’s rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Website photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs, text and other original material may belong to RonitArtWork or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without authorization.

8. Warranty

Eligible products are covered by a 6-month warranty subject to our Warranty Policy.

9. Product Use

RonitArtWork is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, physical damage, improper electrical connection or use contrary to supplied instructions, subject to applicable law.
